We are realistic and compassionate in our approach to resolving drug cases. We recognize that illegal drug use and addiction is a disease and that the “crimes” of drug possession and sometime even drug sales are an unfortunate side effect of this disease. Our firm believes that our society needs to treat the disease to prevent the crime.
